Ingredients
  • 600 g rice.
  • 2 liters of water.
  • 6 prawns.
  • 150 g tuna.
  • 100 g mussels.
  • Grated tomato.
  • 100 g extra virgin olive oil.
  • 1 envelope Carmencita Paellero.
  • Carmencita Mediterranean sea salt.
Preparation
  1. Sauté the shellfish and tuna.
  2. Add the grated tomato and fry it.
  3. Add the rice and the Carmencita Paellero and fry.
  4. Increase the heat, add the broth and boil for 10 minutes.
  5. Add the rest of the products and finish cooking over high heat for 6 minutes. And in the last 2 minutes, add the mussels so that they open.
