Ingredients
- 600 g rice.
- 2 liters of water.
- 6 prawns.
- 150 g tuna.
- 100 g mussels.
- Grated tomato.
- 100 g extra virgin olive oil.
- 1 envelope Carmencita Paellero.
- Carmencita Mediterranean sea salt.
Preparation
- Sauté the shellfish and tuna.
- Add the grated tomato and fry it.
- Add the rice and the Carmencita Paellero and fry.
- Increase the heat, add the broth and boil for 10 minutes.
- Add the rest of the products and finish cooking over high heat for 6 minutes. And in the last 2 minutes, add the mussels so that they open.
