Because of that, Carmencita Spain has more than ten employees which has completed successfully the PCQI training (Preventive Controls Qualified Individual), and our sales team in Carmencita USA, has also taken the training of the Foreign Supplier Verification Program (FSVP).
The R&D&I Department at Carmencita is especially concerned about health as an essential piece of food and gastronomy, carrying out tests with the aim of achieving the best flavor in each of our products. This means that Carmencita’s products are constantly evolving, getting ahead even of the demands and needs of society. CARMENCITA USA has a firm commitment to sufferers of celiac disease and as a result has an extensive system to avoid gluten in its products or any trace of cross-contamination on the production lines.
From when we choose the highest quality raw materials until you enjoy our products at home, the products are subject to rigorous quality control. Our Quality Department is specialized in physiochemical, microbiological, and organoleptic analysis that guarantee the quality of the final product that you will have in your hands.
Soon, Carmencita will inaugurate a new factory that will make us one of the largest and most modern spice factories in Europe. A place from which we will be able to continue working with the same enthusiasm, but with greater strength for customers like you who trust in our brand every day.
