Ingredients
- 1 broccoli.
- 100 g Parmesan.
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil.
- Carmencita Vegetable seasoning grinder.
- 1 teaspoon Carmencita sweet & smoked paprika.
Preparation
- Cut the broccoli into florets.
- Preheat the oven to 180⁰C.
- Add 4 fingers of water to a pot and bring to a boil.
- Place the broccoli in a steamer and cook it for 5 minutes until it’s tender.
- Place on a baking sheet with paper towels and crush the broccoli with a glass.
- Add the vegetable seasoning, the sweet smoked paprika and the extra virgin olive oil.
- Sprinkle the parmesan on top of the broccoli.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180⁰C until the cheese is golden.
